The 2025–2035 Electricity Supply Industry Reform Strategy
Working with the Ministry of Energy, we supported the technical advisory and monitoring architecture behind Tanzania’s ten-year plan for the power sector, from sector-wide indicators to the reporting that lets decision-makers see progress honestly.
The programme brought together government, utilities, regulators and development partners in a sustained series of working sessions, with our team facilitating the analysis and translating it into decisions that could actually be implemented.
