Ministry of Energy, ESI Reform Strategy Roadmap Review

Supported the Ministry of Energy to review and update the Electricity Supply Industry Reform Strategy Roadmap (2014 to 2025), taking stock of power-sector reform implementation and recommending pathways to strengthen TANESCO's operational and financial sustainability.

Ministry of Energy, Sector M&E Framework and Manual

Developed a comprehensive Energy Sector Monitoring and Evaluation framework and manual, covering electrification programmes across grid, mini-grid and off-grid, and upstream and downstream petroleum tools, tailored to institutional type: agency, authority, regulator and parastatal.
